  • Our peanut butter is a natural food product, and its texture, color, or oil separation may vary over time.

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected (if available).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

  • Once the order is placed, changes or cancellations are only possible if the order hasn’t been dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days depending on location.

  • Shipping delays caused by courier issues, holidays, or strikes are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As we deal in consumable food items, we follow a no-return policy, with exceptions only in cases of damaged, tampered, or wrong items.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.

  • Gheenut is a small-scale food business, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the value of the product purchased.
