Refund & Return Policy – Gheenut

At Gheenut, we take pride in the quality and safety of our products. Since we deal in edible food items, we follow a strict no-return policy, with a few fair exceptions to ensure customer satisfaction.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product (consumable peanut butter), returns and exchanges are not accepted unless:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item was physically damaged during shipping (e.g., cracked/broken jar or severe denting that makes the product unsafe)

  • The seal was clearly broken or tampered upon delivery (e.g., safety seal lifted, cut, or missing, NOT loosened due to transit pressure)

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (including bubble wrap, jar, and seal before opening)

  • A brief description of the issue

📦 Return & Replacement Procedure (If Eligible)

  1. Our team will first review the evidence provided.

  2. If approved, you may be required to return the product in its original, unopened condition.

  3. Once verified:

    • A replacement will be shipped at no cost, or

    • A full refund will be issued.

Note: Gheenut may cover return shipping costs if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be offered in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Product has been opened, used, or consumed

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the courier company (beyond our control)

  • Minor lid looseness or seal shifts caused by transit pressure that do not indicate tampering or compromise product safety

💳 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

✅ Note: Every jar is sealed at the source, tightly capped, and protected with multiple layers of bubble wrap. If genuine damage or tampering occurs despite these precautions, we will ensure a fair resolution.
